It started with the cart.

When I started The Cart and Co in 2024, I wanted to bring people together, serve our community well and make really good coffee along the way.

Since then, our mobile cart has grown into a full-time cafe in downtown Fremont, Nebraska, mobile cart bookings, and drop-off coffee bars. Along the way, we've built friendships with local makers, neighboring businesses like Semo Pasta + Wine, and businesses throughout Omaha who share our love for bringing people together.

Whether you're stopping by the cafe, booking us for your next gathering, or shopping local with us, I'm so glad you're here. Thanks for being part of our story.
