HOW IT WORKS

There is a flat booking fee for the cart, and each guest is responsible for purchasing their own drink(s) during the event. This option is great for casual events or gatherings where you want to offer quality coffee without covering the cost for everyone.

  • There’s a flat booking fee to reserve the cart. Guests can purchase their drinks individually during the event. Get in touch and we’ll send over an estimate.

  • Most Pop-Up Events last around 2 hours, but we’re happy to adjust based on your event’s needs. Just let us know!  We need 1 hour to set up and to get our machines ready for service.  We also require a 30 minute tear down time.

  • We’ll bring everything we need to serve your guests, but access to electricity (standard outlet) is helpful. Let us know what your space provides when booking.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Yes! We can work with you to tailor the menu to your guests or theme—whether it’s seasonal flavors, non-dairy options, or kid-friendly drinks.
