What’s Included?

Hand-Crafted Coffee Menu: Guests enjoy a custom drink menu that can include espresso-based drinks (like lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos), cold brew and seasonal specialties. Flavored syrups and non-dairy milk options are also available.

Professional Barista: With over 20 years of experience, your Barista (Hi, it’s me, Erika!) will ensure to serve each guest with care and maybe a drink suggestion or two.

Mobile Cart Setup: A clean, stylish, and fully mobile coffee cart that can be set up indoors or outdoors depending on the venue. The setup is visually appealing and photo-ready.

Customization Options:

  • Branded cups or sleeves

  • Signature drinks named after the event theme

  • Decor elements to match the theme or color scheme

All-Inclusive Service:  Includes setup, teardown, and all necessary equipment (espresso machine, grinder, cups, etc.). You don’t have to worry about a thing.

Flexible Serving Window: Packages based on the service time that works for you.

Flat Rate Pricing:  Pricing is customized based on guest count, drink selection, and location.

FAQs

  • We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date. Popular seasons fill up quickly!

  • Most events run between 1.5 to 3 hours of service, but we’re happy to customize based on your needs.  We need 1 hour to set up and to get our machines ready for service.  We also require a 30 minute tear down time.

  • Yes, we need access to a standard power outlet. No water hookup is required—we bring everything we need!

  • Absolutely! Our cart is designed to work indoors or outdoors. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure the best setup for your venue.

  • Yes! We offer signature drinks named after the couple or theme, as well as branded cups or sleeves for a unique touch.

  • We serve corporate gatherings, birthdays, baby showers, school events, and more.

  • Pricing varies depending on hours of service, location, and drink selection. We provide a custom quote after a quick consultation.

  • Yes, we can include energy spritzers, steamers, hot chocolate, herbal teas and decaf drinks upon request.
