Headquartered in Fremont, Nebraska, our brick-and-mortar serves as home base for the cafe, cart between events, and our prep space behind the scenes. In 2024, we began hosting seasonal pop up cafes, and we’re excited to welcome even more in our new space.
MEET THE CART
The cart is a mobile, self-contained, coffee cart serving speciality, hand-crafted coffee at events of all sizes. We require 6 feet of space to create in and access to a standard 110 electrical outlet on a dedicated circuit.
From corporate gatherings to private events, (birthdays, weddings and graduation parties!) our drinks ensure a memorable and energizing experience for any and all guests. Our versatile menu and professional barista bring the coffee shop experience directly to your venue, making your event truly special.

Hey, I’m Erika. I’m passionate about coffee, my family, art and find my inspiration through travel and music. Building authentic relationships and encouraging creativity are my passions. I’ve been in the coffee industry for over 25 years and The Cart and Co is my latest venture. The Cart allows me to build relationships and serve people in and around my community.
